Ingredients
Salmon steak, quinoa, lentil, grated carrot, courgette, spring onion, dry cranberries and fresh parsley with an orange, honey mustard dressing.
Suggestion
Eat cold or for best results heat in microwave. Remove outer sleeve. High Heat for 3 mins.
Remove the salad on the side if preferred cold.
