Cooking Instructions
Serve straight from the pack if you like your quinoa cold.
Pan fry (2 min)
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pain and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Microwave (1 1/2 min)
Pour the quinoa into a microwavable dish and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
